And I can't stand it anymore and I go eat a muffin and eat panadol as well I use cold pad finnaly my temperature decrease I though I recover but yet It isn't. Me and my family go take a breadfast at restaurant after church . My hand and feet is very cold just like ice . My forehead is hot just like something burning . I need

Stand sitting properly . And my temperature is 39.1 degree. The feeling is Just like hell. And I took 2 more panadol after I eat my porridge.
